Dear Sisters and brothers,
Greetings of Love and Peace in the name our loving God and beloved Mother Mary. We hope that you all are coping well with the new normal but still keep enjoying the rest of the summer. It gives immense joy and privilege to announce to you about resuming of our Diocesan Shrine Days of Our Lady of Rosary, together with our dedicated parishioners and generous volunteers this year. We are currently living in uncertain times with the outbreak of COVID-19. During times like this, our faith can be challenged, and it can be hard to see where God fits in with this new normal. We, the Spiritual Animators, Board Members and Shrine Committee are willing to provide hope to you and your loved ones during this unprecedented times. God who created the stars and planets, mountains and oceans, cares so much for us in our distress that he has promised to wipe away every tear. It is certain that our loving Mother will intercede on our behalf. She is travelling with us in our faith journey to bring us heaven.
Dear Pilgrims, we are more than excited to welcome you and are looking forward for your co-operation from the 13th of August. Therefore, we cordially invite and encourage all of you to visit our Shrine and receive the spiritual strength through our beloved Mother Mary. It is clear that our current situation needs us to be steadfast and persistent in our response to COVID-19; as this is a marathon, not a sprint. Be with us now O Lord! “Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God.” (Phil 4:6)
So, welcome back to our Shrine!!! Please do inform and bring your friends and neighbors as well. See you all soon… May God bless every one of you.
Yours in Christ
Fr. Sebastin Pakiyanathan CR
