Written in poetical format, the book commences with the seeds of Faith, Love, Trust, Joy, Hope, and then goes on to reveal the virtues of the Blessed Virgin Mary (for us to imitate in our Pilgrim Journey to Heaven), followed by the virtues of St. Joseph and St. John the Baptist. The book also includes a chapter on Jesus, our Heavenly King, plus a page on each of the Gifts of the Holy Ghost, and ends with St. Michael the Archangel. (Possibly a good read for children who have received Confirmation.)
